Mohammed Tia-Adjei is an M&E specialist and a Community Development Professional who in the past two years has conducted two successful endline evaluations for the WASH alliance International Ghana Chapter as a Monitoring and Evaluation Consultant. He holds a Certificate in Advance Monitoring and Evaluation from GIMPA/ACCE, Bachelor of Science Degree in Mathematical and Environmental Science with Statistics Option from the University for Development Studies, Tamale, Ghana. He also has a 3-Year Teachers’ Certificate ‘A’ in Mathematics and Science from Bagabaga College of Education, Tamale.

Mr. Tia-Adjei’s work experience in development-oriented organizations has afforded him extensive practice in Project evaluations, project planning, implementation and project budgeting. He has exceptional skills in project report writing, administrative and management skills, facilitation and organizational skills. He is a remarkable team player with good communication and client service skills. He commands proficiency in English with basic knowledge in French. He has an excellent working knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), SPSS and Epi Info (software for data analysis and interpretation), Akvo FLOW and Qualtrics for data collection as well as Akvo RSR for reporting project activity update in real time.

From June – September 2017, He worked with USAID-METSS as a Supervisor/Enumerator where he discharged his duty in the area of administering survey and ensuring his team members adhered to standard survey protocols to achieve quality data collection.
He worked with WASH Alliance international as an In-Country M&E officer where he successfully conducted two Outcome measurement surveys (2015 and 2016) spanning 8 districts in the Northern Region. and before that worked as an intern at the Extension Services Specialist unit of the Community Water and Sanitation Agency (CWSA) in Tamale. Ghana, he worked as a Field Enumerator in the Ashanti Region. He also worked as a Zonal Coordinator with Innovation for Poverty Action in Tamale in the Northern Region of Ghana. He was the Programme Officer in charge of Community Health Promotion with World Vision Ghana. He also worked with Barclays Bank Ghana Ltd as a Retail Support Staff. He did his National Service with the Ministry of Food and Agriculture, Bolgatanga as a Monitoring and Evaluation Officer. He was the Subject Teacher in Mathematics for Zobgeli Junior High School Block ‘B’ under the Ghana Education Service in Tamale
