Richard Agbo Kwabena Ntibrey is a result-oriented Water, Sanitation and Hygiene (WASH) practitioner who combines problem-solving abilities with scientific skills to create solutions which promote environmental sustainability. Key competencies include improved hygiene and sanitation promotion, context-driven WASH infrastructure design, construction supervision and fecal sludge management. He currently the Senior Project Lead responsible for coordinating the implementation, monitoring and evaluation of CRS (Catholic Relief Services) Urban WASH project in Ghana, which seeks to improve health and well-being of urban residents by ending open defecation. He has led the development of sanitation behaviour change communication materials and strategies to support advocacy and community participation and developed training programs and facilitate training of staff and partner organizations and project committees. Collaborate with partners and support CRS COVID-19 response initiative team to rollout sensitization and awareness campaigns in the Tamale and Sagnerigu communities in the Northern Region of Ghana.
